The families that trust us by coming to our classes or our locations are the focus of our attention at all times. We want to ensure your safety and they safety of all on the site. Thusly we ask the following of our customers and lead by our employees.
1: Treat everyone with the highest level of respect.
2: Ensure the safety of everyone around you.
3: Pack in / Pack out - If you bring it, take it back or put in the trash
4: Smoke only in designated areas.
5: Dogs must always be leashed on the property. You as an owner are responsible so your pet. Control and safety for others.
Section 2:
A: Children of our customers and employees are of the upmost importance, their safety is our top priority. OffCamber will not allow a child to be placed in danger, either through accident or negligence.
· Children must in an approved child safety restraints approved for their size age and weight.
· Children must always be accompanied or supervised by an adult at all times.

B: Discrimination:
OffCamber is a family focused business, thusly discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. OffCamber welcomes anyone of any race, creed, sexually orientation or gender.
C: Sexual Harassment
OffCamber being a family focused business will not tolerate any action by an employee or customer that is deemed to be sexual harassment of any kind. Either on or off campus, on or off duty. As teachers, educators and leaders it is our responsibility to protect our students, customers, children and families. These action are and not limited to:
1: Topic of conversation
2: Inappropriate touching
3: Verbal comments
4: Welcome advances
5: Exposing oneself
Anyone accused of sexual harassment will be terminated as an employee or customer until such time that an internal investigation can be conducted. If needed the authorities will be contacted and reports filed in the county of infraction. Law enforcement will be contacted and they will be placed in charge of any extended or required investigation that can not be handled by the staff. If the facts are not verifiable the employee or customer will be allowed to return under direct supervision of the leadership for a minimum of 6 months.
If evidence is provided and substantiated, the employee or customer will be banned from OffCamber locations, events and social media indefinitely. OffCamber will not associate itself with any person, groups or companies that support the actions or contact with anyone accused of said actions.
D: Employee Responsibilities:
· The employees of OffCamber shall conduct themselves in the most professional way.
· Always placing the safety of the customers first.
· Always protect the customer and their families.
· Prevent damage to a customer’s vehicle or property if at all possible, knowing that accidents will happen.
· If an employee places a child in danger or harm’s way either through accident or negligence that employee will be terminated, and a thorough investigation completed. If the facts are not verifiable the employee will be allowed to return under direct supervision of the leadership for a minimum of 6 months.
· If an employee has a complaint of sexual harassment or indecent actions of a physical psychical or verbal nature they will be terminated and a through investigation completed. If the facts are not verifiable the employee will be allowed to return under direct supervision of the leadership for a minimum of 6 months.
· If an employee has been accused of any actions that places in danger a customer either on or off campus they will be terminated, and a thorough investigation completed. If the facts are not verifiable the employee will be allowed to return under direct supervision of the leadership for a minimum of 6 months.
· If any employee is accused of discrimination, they will be terminated, and a thorough investigation completed. If the facts are not verifiable the employee will be allowed to return under direct supervision of the leadership for a minimum of 6 months.
